Feast your eyes on this beauty of a wedding!  Mansfield Traquair set in the heart of Edinburgh with it’s dramatic art work, painted walls and vaulted ceilings is the perfect setting for a wedding but if you add in a stylish, fun couple, jaw dropping florals and design from the super talented Planet Flowers team, family and good friends, great speeches, top music and fantastic weather – you have yourself a wedding to remember!

We started off the morning at Ferelith’s family home in Edinburgh and preparations were in full swing with Lauren Gollan make up artist working her magic on the girls.  Meanwhile, I got to work photographing Ferelith’s gorgeous flowers and pretty details and her stunning Amanda Wakeley dress.  The boys were photographed in the gardens of Mansfield Traquair, this is why I love this venue, it’s so versatile. Gorgeous architecture inside and leafy gardens on the outside!

A humorous and touching ceremony with the wonderful Humanist Celebrant Tim Maguire followed by a relaxed drinks reception with friends and family in the fantastic inside garden Planet Flowers had designed.

Ferelith and Mark were so relaxed in front of the camera and clearly very much in love, we loved their style and sunny outlook! We even managed to get outside for a little sunset photograph and that always makes photographers a little giddy!
