Showcasing Leanne and Scott’s stylish and fun-filled wedding at Inglewood House in Alloa, Scotland. Nestled just outside the town, this beautiful country house provided the perfect backdrop for a wonderful wedding day! What’s more, they included their lovely dog, Wallace. After all, weddings are all about having everybody you love there to help you celebrate your special day!
Bridal Preparations at Inglewood House
Firstly, I met up with Leanne and her bridesmaids in the dedicated bridal dressing room at Inglewood House. Let me tell you, this room was made for bridal magic! With its large balcony and beautiful views of the grounds, it created the perfect setting for the bride to get ready and, of course, for me to capture those oh-so-important getting-ready shots. The air was filled with a mix of excitement and anticipation.
Including Your Dog on Your Wedding Day
Before the ceremony, I met up with Scott, the boys and Wallace, their adorable Rough Collie dog! Seriously, who doesn’t love a dog at a wedding? Wallace was the epitome of good behaviour, and we had a blast capturing some super fun shots of the whole crew together. Because let’s be real, a wedding is even better with a furry friend involved.
Ceremony at Inglewood House
Fast forward to the ceremony itself. Picture this – the Grand Hall at Inglewood House, an open fire crackling in the background, and Leanne making her grand entrance with her beaming dad, making their way down the sweeping staircase. Talk about a grand entrance! Scott was waiting anxiously and in addition, to add an extra dose of romance, Wallace the dog took on the role of a ring bearer. I mean, can it get any more adorable than that? Love was in the air, my friends.
Confetti at Inglewood House Wedding
After the “I do’s” and all the lovely moments, it was time to celebrate! The guests were eagerly waiting outside, armed with confetti, ready to shower the newlyweds with love. And boy, did we make the most of Inglewood’s beautiful landscaped gardens. Despite a bit of blustery weather, we found a cosy spot by the duck pond that offered both shelter and a fab backdrop for photographs. I don’t think Leanne and Scott noticed the strong breeze, and having Wallace join in the couple’s photographs just added an extra touch of magic.
Statement Bridal Cape!
Leanne rocked a Sassi Holford dress, it was an absolute showstopper. And then to top it off, she wore a beautiful bridal cape that flowed effortlessly in the blustery weather, creating some seriously stunning shots. I was obsessed!
Trudi Trodd Creative Florist crafted a stunning bouquet of white roses that perfectly complemented Leanne’s stylish look.
Leanne and Scott’s wedding was the epitome of a fun, relaxed celebration. If you’re looking to have your own dream wedding at Inglewood House, you won’t be disappointed.
