It’s always a pleasure photographing an Archerfield House wedding in North Berwick.  For this reason, I was super excited when Ruth and Johnnie booked me for their intimate wedding with close family and friends.

Afternoon Wedding at Archerfield House

First, I met up with Ruth and the girls in the Bridal Suite, in fact the afternoon sunshine added to the atmosphere. I usually arrive late morning for a wedding so an afternoon wedding was an exciting change! Afterwards, I met up with Johnnie and the boys for some photographs outside Archerfield House before all the guests started to arrive for the ceremony!

Afterwards, the guests were entertained with a laid back drinks reception in the spectacular Drawing Room while Ruth and Johnnie managed to dodge some rain showers for photographs in and around the gardens and even finding time to capture a spectacular rainbow!  When it is raining, I always work quickly and luckily Ruth and Johnnie were very flexible when there was a break in the weather.  In fact, it worked out really well, as the newlyweds were able to spend lots of time with their wedding party and enjoy the fizz and canopes!

Forget Me Not Flower Farm had worked their magic in transforming the dining room for Ruth & Johnnie’s beautiful wedding breakfast, the bridal bouquets complimented the room beautifully, all so colourful and vibrant.

An amazing afternoon spent with you both, so relaxed and personal.  I’m so pleased you asked me along to photograph your wonderful wedding!
