YOUR ALBUM DESIGN QUESTIONS

Here’s a few frequently asked questions about designing an album.  Do get in touch for swatches and cover options.

how do we order an album from you?

If you’ve not ordered an album with your package, get in touch and we can talk through the options.  I recommend choosing approximately 100 images (or I can choose them for you if you prefer).  I will prepare your first draft and you can view and make any changes, swaps or additions via my online album design portal. I will also send you swatches to choose the cover options for your album.

You have 3 album drafts included to make any changes. I require a 50% deposit to start the design with the balance due once the album is ready to go to print.

How many images should we choose for our album?

You can choose your album images from your online gallery by using the ‘heart’ symbol and save to favourites.  100 images is usually a good guide!

can you help us choose our images for the album?

If it’s easier, I can start you off with your design.  It can sometimes be a bit overwhelming to choose just 100 images from 600+ images!

how long does an album take to arrive?

An album usually takes around 6 weeks to arrive once it goes to print.  If you’re looking for an album in time for Christmas, the cut off is usually around end of November to allow for their ‘busy’ period.

Can we add in more pages?

You can indeed! 

I usually suggest around 40 pages but you can add in extra pages. I’d always suggest adding in additional pages rather than cramming in too many images on one page.
