Sophie & Dan travelled up from the Midlands for their beautifully simple and stylish Wee Neuk Elopement at Edinburgh City Chambers. With just their two witnesses, it was an intimate and relaxed elopement and the most unbelievable October sunshine. Edinburgh decided to skip Autumn entirely and treated us to bright blue skies and proper summer vibes, the dream for an Edinburgh Elopement Photographer.

The bride-to-be arrived with her sister, carrying a gorgeous dried bouquet. Not only was it a lovely, sustainable choice, but the fact that it can be kept forever felt really special. Both the groom and best man opted for black tie, which looked effortlessly stylish for the City Chambers.

After their ceremony in the Wee Neuk, which really is the perfect spot for small, intimate weddings. We took our time wandering around the Chambers and Parliament Square. The light was beautiful against the buildings, and Sophie and Dan were so relaxed and happy together. We then headed towards colourful Victoria Street before finishing up at the Vennel Steps, with that iconic Edinburgh Castle backdrop!

What I loved most about this day was how Sophie & Dan put real thought into their elopement, while keeping everything wonderfully relaxed. A reminder that even the simplest Wee Neuk elopement can feel incredibly stylish with just a few personal touches.
